This is made from a small, way over reduced cane. I did the twist and cut lengthwise and then ran it though the pasta machine several times to get this pretty pattern. Not sure I like the beads at the top, I may take those off.I achieved the background design for this one by rolling the cane into a log, twisting, and then slicing with my ripple blade. I used my acrylic cutters to make the textured design in the center then painted the raised areas with blue and silver PearlEx and sealed with liquid clay.
I used both the inside and outside of the lengthwise cut strips for these tiles. The largest one has been sanded and buffed but I still have to sand the small ones.
After twisting and cutting lengthwise I used both the inside and outside strips to make these. The focal bead has an oval "floating" in a ring of purple tinted liquid clay to which I added glitter.Tomorrow the last day.... much to my relief .... for recycled canes.

These are GREAT!!! I love your recycled cane designs... and I personally really like the little beads at the top of the triangle :)
