Thing A Day Day 5

For Day 5 I made a polymer clay backing for the woven wire double heart pendant. I textured a sheet of clay and "painted" it with copper and bronze PearlEx.

After curing I sealed the backing with Kato liquid clay.  The liquid clay seals the finish and secures the wire.

I had other plans for these wire pieces but like the way they look with the hearts.... the shapes and the colors go well with the hearts.

Now  all I have to do is decide how to arrange them..... maybe like this

Now I need to make another leaf and jump rings for the chain.  I can do that tonight while I'm watching Downton Abbey.
